Due to high repeatability of NGS output, I combine an All Pairs Similarity Search(APSS) algorithm called SlideSort with voting method trying to find erroneous base in output of NGS. SlideSort is a fast and exact method developed by CBRC that can find all similar pairs of strings from a large string pool in terms of edit distance.

Ragic is a web-based database builder that has friendly excel-like UI. Ragic makes people who know nothing about programming can also easily build a database from scratch, just like creating a spreadsheet form. I was a summer internship there in summer 2012.
I was in charge of a real estate agency account. My duty was to communicate with customers and then extend the functionality of their application by using JavaScript.
Besides, during the internship, I also translated the core API Documentation of the company to English.

It was a former project of mine in Vuzz. My job was to retrieve data in response to sale department’s need and show them visually in back office website of company.

I founded this program and taught 300 students learning coding with code.org. Aiming at promoting IT education in elementary school at rural area, my friends and I have taught half of students in my elementary school to learn coding by code.org in our spare time. 99% of students was satisfied and found it interesting. We were interviewed by a local news. The school also decided to ask teachers of teach the rest of students who did not have chance to join our program due to limit of capacity.
It was a project of a class “Art Design and Marketing. In the project, I led the team of venue planning. The final presentation was a huge success and was exposed to almost all mainstream newspapers in Taiwan at the time. We had home-stay program in a small aboriginal tribe called Tefuya which just suffered from a bad flood. Our mission was to help them marketing with their own coffee beans and eventually develop new business to support the tribe.
